Refund policy

 Hey Dolls,

Desirable Boutique Ltd does accept REFUNDS. Returns and exchanges are always welcome. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, we have a 14-day return or exchange policy. Your able to exchange for a different Size/ Colour and store credits (which you can use on your next purchase with us). 

After 14 Days from the purchase date, unfortunately we would not be able to accept a return (exchange). Item(s) can’t be returned if purchased at a discounted/ sales price.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) MUST be in new (same) condition, unworn, unaltered, undamaged and same packaging.

You are responsible for paying for the cost of shipping for the Return/Exchange. (Also, the shipping cost is non-refundable)

We are not responsible for any order lost by the Royal Mail or stolen orders.
